The safety of our customers is our top priority. Therefore, in compliance with public health regulations and in accordance with current legal standards, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged, except in specific situations provided for by law.

Situations in which a return may be accepted:

1. Dispensing error: If there is a proven error in the medication dispensing process by the distributor, including errors in type, dosage, or quantity, a return may be accepted.
2. Defective medication: If the medication has a manufacturing defect or if it is found to be damaged before delivery, an exchange or return will be possible.
3. Manufacturer recall: If the manufacturer or health authority issues a recall notice for the medication due to safety concerns, customers will be informed, and returns will be accepted.

Conditions for Returns:

• • Returns or exchanges will only be possible with the presentation of the original prescription and proof of purchase.
• • Description of the reason for return.
• • The medication must be in its original packaging and must not have been tampered with, except in cases of proven defects.
• • Any request for a return or exchange must be made within 7 days after purchase, except in cases of recall, which will follow the instructions provided by the competent authorities.

The products must be delivered accompanied by a return slip and placed on the outside of the shipping boxes to facilitate reading.

The return slip must contain at least the following information:

• – Customer identification and contact details;
• – Return slip number, quantities, batch number, and expiration date;
• – Description of the reason for return;
• – Indication of the invoice number related to the return of the products being returned.

Medications That Cannot Be Returned:

• • Medications whose packaging has been opened, manipulated, or damaged after delivery.
• • Medications that have been stored improperly by the customer, compromising their integrity.
